Lorcana Tournament Map is a small personal-use tool built by Ready Set Ink for finding and scheduling Disney Lorcana tournaments. This page explains what it does and doesn't do with your data.
What's stored, and where
On map.readysetink.com (the public site), your home address, gas price, MPG, flight-price snapshot, favorited stores, "My Events" list, and store notes are saved only in your own browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to a server or database. Clearing your browser data, using a different browser, or using private/incognito mode means this information won't be there.
On the home-server deployment (accessed over the owner's private Tailscale network), the same information is saved server-side, keyed to your Tailscale login, so it follows you across devices on that network. It is not accessible from the public internet.
A shared-schedule link (?share=) encodes the event list directly in the URL itself — there's no server-side database of shared schedules. Anyone with the link can view it.
What we don't do
- No analytics, no tracking scripts, no advertising, no cookies.
- No account creation, no email collection, no passwords.
- Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.
Third-party services this app calls
To do its job, your browser (or the home-server proxy) makes requests to these free, keyless services. Each has its own privacy practices, which this page doesn't control:
- Ravensburger Play Hub — tournament/event data (unofficial use of their public API)
- Open-Meteo — weather forecasts and place search
- Photon (Komoot) — address geocoding
- OSRM — drive-time routing
- Overpass API (OpenStreetMap) — nearby dining suggestions
- Google Calendar — only if you click "Add to calendar," which opens Google's own add-event page
